All purchases made through Skylaïa are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skylaia.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement.

Shipping Issues

Skylaïa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
