Products & Descriptions
Skylaïa offers fashion jewelry and accessories. We make every effort to display product colors, details, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. Some items may be handmade, customized, or made to order, which may result in minor variations and longer processing times.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded as processing begins immediately. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Processing Time
Processing times vary by product and are listed in each product description. Custom or made-to-order items require additional processing time. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and begin after processing is complete. Skylaïa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or tarnishing caused by normal wear or improper care. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
Jewelry Care
Skylaïa jewelry should be handled with care. We recommend avoiding consistent contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Skylaïa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Skylaïa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
